By accessing or using the Pit Fitness & Training website (pitfitgym.com) or signing up for a membership, day pass, or other service through our GymMaster portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website's operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Membership & GymMaster Access

Memberships, day passes, visit packs, and account/billing management are handled through our third-party provider, GymMaster (islamoradafitness.gymmasteronline.com). Your membership, payment, and facility access (including keycode, keycard, and door/QR-code access) are subject to the terms of your GymMaster membership agreement and to the posted rules of the facility. Membership is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Facility Use & Assumption of Risk

Use of Pit Fitness & Training's facility and equipment is at your own risk. Exercise and physical activity carry inherent risk of injury. Members and guests are responsible for using equipment properly and for their own safety while on the premises, including during unstaffed 24/7 access hours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Fitness & Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our facility, or our services.
