Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Membership & account information — when you sign up for a membership, day pass, or visit pack through our GymMaster online portal, GymMaster collects your name, email, phone number, and payment information directly. GymMaster processes and stores this information under its own privacy and security practices.
- Mobile phone number & SMS opt-in information — if you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, during signup or through our membership portal), we collect your phone number and your consent status for our SMS program.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Provide membership, billing, and gym access services (including door/QR-code access) in connection with your GymMaster account
- Send SMS text messages to members who have opted in, as described in our SMS Terms

Membership signup, login, billing, and account management are handled through our third-party provider, GymMaster (islamoradafitness.gymmasteronline.com). Information you submit directly to the GymMaster portal is governed by GymMaster's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website and SMS program are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
